1. The composition of the filter cartridge dust collector There are three main parts of the filter cartridge dust collector, the cabinet, the filter cartridge, and the dust cleaning system.

(1) The box body is the outer shell of the entire dust collector, including the air box and the ash hopper. The air box is mainly to provide the required dust removal space, which is beneficial to the reasonable distribution of the flow field, and the ash hopper is to collect the filtered material;

(2) The filter cartridge is composed of an outer layer, an inner layer and an intermediate layer. The inner layer and outer layer are metal mesh (or hard plastic mesh), and the middle is pleated filter material. The characteristic of the filter material for the filter cartridge is that a layer of sub-micron ultra-thin fibers is adhered to the general filter material. The fibers on the adhesion layer are arranged very closely, and the gap is 0.12 ~ 0.6um. Fold it to greatly increase its filtering area. The large filtering area is the outstanding feature of the filter cartridge:

(3) The dust cleaning system mainly includes blowing pipe, electromagnetic pulse valve, air bag, etc. When the surface ash of the filter cartridge reaches a certain thickness, the ash must be cleaned. The airflow containing dust is filtered by the filter cylinder and then discharged. When the resistance of the dust collector reaches the differential pressure setting or time setting, the corresponding electromagnetic pulse valve is controlled by the differential pressure controller or time controller to open the electromagnetic in the closed state. Pulse valve, compressed air is directly sprayed into the center of the filter cartridge to pulse clean the dust.
