Discriptions of shot blasting machine accessories:

The double disks in the shot blasting machine are riveted together to form the impeller body.The impeller body is equipped with eight blades. The impeller body is mounted on the spindle driven by an electric motor together with the shot dividing wheel located in the center of the shot blasting wheel.The cover is lined with a protective plate, and the cover is equipped with a directional sleeve and a shot tube.When working, the projectile flows into the projectile blasting device from the projectile feeding tube.The shot wheel rotates synchronously with the blade to give the projectile its initial velocity.The projectile flies out through the window of the orienting sleeve and is thrown onto the high-speed rotating blade outside the orienting sleeve. After being further accelerated by the blade, the projectile is thrown onto the surface of the workpiece to be cleaned.The synchronous rotation of the shot wheel and the blade ensures no vibration transfer of the projectile to the blade, thus reducing the wear on the blade
